The investor should not have to ask “what is happening with my project” — they should know. A monthly management report within the first ten working days of each month: budget, schedule and risk status, key decisions and items for decision, status of permits, tenders and sales. A quarterly Project Board for strategic review. Strategic control points along the master schedule. A centralised information system with investor access — documentation numbered, archived and handed over. Every project decision leaves a documented trail. This is not bureaucracy — it is the investor’s protection in a dispute, an audit or a financing review.
