Every project begins and ends with the numbers. We build and maintain a live financial-economic model and cost budget and continuously analyse the project’s financial development. We track deviations against budget and flag them early — with causes, not just findings. We prepare, control and administer payments to project participants; payments are executed from the investor’s accounts, upon the investor’s approval, in line with the agreed terms and the financing institution’s requirements. We monitor the payment of fees and charges due on the project. The principle is simple: at any moment, the investor sees how the budget is spent and why.
