Project Management

During the implementation of the project we focus on coordination, control, planning, assigning and all safety requirements, as well as all matters concerning quality and quantity. From start to completion we provide all nessessary technical and administrative services in order to hepl our clients to achieve their gоals. We are a continuation of the team of our client and we protect their interest as our own. We take care of the following on this stage:

Organization of all parties of the development process (architects, supervision etc.) for execution of all activities and procedures for approval of project;
Completing of documentation for obtaining Building permit and executing all activities on procedure on behalf of developer;
All activities on signing preliminary agreements with utility companies (electricity, water and sewerage, gas, road infrastructure) on behalf of developer;
Assigning (organizing) of all activities and procedures for clearing and securing the construction site;
Preparation of package for tender procedure documentation;
Conducting a tender procedure for main contractor;
Drafting main contractor agreement;
Conducting the procedure for construction supervisor;
Specifying of supplies;
Participation in choosing suppliers (compairing and analysing offers and suppliers);
Procedures and activities in contracting suppliers;
Organizing and drafting suppliers' schedules in compliance with construction schedules;
Providing for the fulfillment of all obligations of developer towards safety requirements as well as the execution of all construction works and all documentation nessessary;
Everyday control on keeping all technical requirements and technologies during the process of construction;
Everyday quality control on construction works, their compliance with the design and the standards stated in contract and construction norms;
Signing acts and protocols on behalf of developer for proof of completed construction works according to contracts and legal requirements.
