Adela Residence

Adela Residence is a complex with controlled access, located on a plot of 7000 sq.m., consisting of 175 apartments with a total built-up area of over 16,000 sq.m. The two buildings are nine-storey, with one attic floor and one common basement floor. A single-storey structure has been designed for building A - a garage for cars. The complex offers a wide variety of two- and three-bedroom apartments to suit every taste and budget, satisfying different preferences for floor, exposure and area.

The extensive grounds of Adela Residence allow for extensive landscaping and parking space. The complex will have its own spacious park with a playground, mini-football field, walking paths, and barbecue area.
